Do you accept refunds and returns?

  • Please contact me with pictures and details of your order. I'm happy to help!
    
• Lost Mail?
  • I am happy to resend your mail. Please contact me if you haven't received your mail after 3 weeks since your shipping confirmation
    

Is there tracking?

All mail is shipped via USPS stamps. Which means, there is no tracking available at this time. You should expect to receive your letter within 3-5 business days. 

When do the letters ship?

Each letter is shipped on the 12th of each month. You should expect to to receive your letter within 3-5 business days.
